Whether you're new to Pilates, or run on a tight schedule, private and semi-private training might be best for you. Enjoy the flexibility of private and semi-private training sessions by reserving times that work for your schedule. Choose from our available hours, and book in for a good time!

If private training isn't in your budget, book one of our small group classes for a challenging yet enjoyable workout in an intimate setting. All group classes are capped at 3 people for individualized attention with a group price tag.
